Exclusive Premium Tour
Day 1:You arrive via car, motorcycle or airplane (shuttle service from the airports Nice, Cannes or St. Tropez to the hotel can be arranged).
In the evening we meet at the hotel to get to know each other better and to prepare ourselves for the upcoming events and experiences.
Day 2:After breakfast we pick up the vehicles and a rider‘s briefing is arranged.
The first tour starts with a ride into the outback of the French Riviera, across beautiful olive orchards and vineyards and we stop at a famous olive mill. Feel free to stock up on the best olive oil and other olive products of the French Riviera. From there, the tour continues through a variety of small, traditional villages, beautiful landscapes and curvy roads through the “Massif des Maures” towards the bay of St. Tropez. We are going to stop at one of the largest and most famous Châteaux of the French Riviera and enjoy a guided tour through the wine cellars.
From there, we cruise to Port Grimaud and back to our hotel. The evening will start with a delicious dinner at the hotel’s restaurant including a stunning sundown at the waterside.
Day 3:We leave the hotel early and have breakfast at one of the nicest spots at the legendary harbour in St. Tropez. After the breakfast, there will be some time to explore the old city. We would recommend doing some shopping, sightseeing or simply sitting at the harbor and enjoying the panoramic view.
From St. Tropez, we cruise along the famous coastal road, past beautiful villages from Grimaud via St. Maxime and St. Raphael to Cannes. You are going to explore a unique coastal scenery with sharp cliffs-lined bays, beautiful sand bays and stunning mountains. There are plenty of observation points, where it is possible to take gorgeous pictures, to lavish your vacation album with. Arrived at Cannes, we drive along the Croisette and park nearby the famous casino of Cannes. You can decide to either explore the city by yourselves or together within the group. Cannes is known as a busy city with a lot of different festivals and exhibitions. It’s truly a city that never sleeps, and there’s always something special to see.
In the afternoon, we ride back to the hotel, where everyone is free to relax either in the hotel or at the beach nearby. The evening of the third day begins with a shuttle ride to a specialty restaurant (especially for fish lovers) where we enjoy a delicious dinner and a stunning sea view.
Day 4:Today your rider heart will truly beat faster. The tour takes us through the mountains, along curvy roads and small, demanding streets. This is topped with breathtaking views of the Grand Canyon du Verdon. If you like, you can choose to explore some parts of the road on your own (that we have chosen for you),and stop when and where you want to take memorable pictures.
We‘ll have lunch at the highest observation point and from here, we drive to the most beautiful and second largest water reservoir of France, the Lac de St. Croix. After a short break, we head back to the hotel. In the evening, a shuttle is going to take all participants to a fantastic little traditional beach restaurant nearby, where we will reflect on the day, and enjoy a delicious dinner with special view.
Day 5:What would a holiday on the French Riviera be, without a trip to Monaco, and a ride on its famous Formula 1 track?
As Monaco is the farthest destination on our trip, this tour is split between a blast along the highway, and a slow cruise along the fascinating coastal road, in the sunshine. We‘ll ride through beautiful places such as Juan le Pins, Antibes and Nice. Arrived in Monaco, we‘ll immerse ourselves in the breathtaking mix of beautiful cars, gorgeous yachts and small, cozy streets.
In the early afternoon, we'll ride on the original road of the Monte Carlo Rally, also known as “Night of the long knives”. This a very demanding and curvaceous road and a breathtaking experience. The road has everything that true bikers like, such as small roads, high rock walls on one side, and sheer, steep cliffs on the other side.
We reach the Col de Turini, the highest point on today‘s tour, located at 1600 meters. From there, we‘ll ride back on the other side of the mountain, which is just as beautiful as the side we have already ridden. We will enjoy the stunning and curvy streets down into the valley and then head back to our hotel for a relaxing evening.
Day 6:On the last day, you can choose whether you want to spend the morning at the beach, explore the area on your own, or participate in a short tour. We offer a short tour through the cool pine forests and drive through some beautiful small villages. This is topped with a break at a restaurant, literally sitting on the edge of a cliff. In the afternoon, we‘ll meet at the hotel from where we‘ll return the bikes and Buggy`s.
The last evening of your French Riviera experience is a surprise. Just wait and see!
We hope that our French Riviera tour will give you a better understanding of the Mediterranean flair and culture, and that we have convinced you to become a fan of both JCS Adventures and the French Riviera!
